Refund Policy
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting our team at [email protected] with the following information:
Reason for cancellation
Email associated with the account where the payment was made
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued. Our team will only issue a refund based on the following conditions:
Eligibility Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within the specific timeframe allowed for your particular plan. Outside of this timeframe, your purchase would be ineligible for a refund.
Weekly Plan: Refund requests must be made within 2 calendar days of the billing period start date.
Monthly Plan: Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the billing period start date.
Quarterly Plan: Refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days of the billing period start date.
Subscription Cancellations
When you cancel your recurring subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
By cancelling, you will stop future billing, but previous payments will not be refunded automatically β you must follow the instructions outlined in the "Refund Policy" section to request a refund.
Teal cannot be held responsible for recurring subscriptions if a member fails to cancel their account. The customer must confirm the cancellation.
To confirm your subscription end date, head to your account settings and look for the red banner that states when the subscription is set to cancel.
