Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can receive a refund to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase.

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. To request a refund, contact our team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Reason for cancellation

  • Email associated with the account where the payment was made


Subscription Cancellations

When you cancel your recurring subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

By cancelling, you will stop future billing, but previous payments will not be refunded automatically โ€“ you must follow the instructions outlined in the "Refund Policy" section to request a refund.

Teal cannot be held responsible for recurring subscriptions if a member fails to cancel their account. The customer must confirm the cancellation.

To confirm your subscription end date, head to your account settings and look for the red banner that states when the subscription is set to cancel.
