Have some jobs in the tracker you’re not interested in any longer? Or, perhaps you’ve declined a role or the employer has gone in a different direction. Here’s how to move them to your archived jobs dashboard!
Method 1: Select "Close Job" In Stage Funnel
In your Job Tracker, click on a job you currently have bookmarked and select "Close Job" at the far end of the stages funnel. You will see five options: "I Withdrew," "Not Selected," "No Response," "Archived," and "Delete Job."
If you are not looking to remove the job permanently (i.e., "Delete Job"), selecting one of the four alternative choices will push these positions to a separate dashboard.
Method 2: Change Status from Job Tracker Dashboard
From your main Job Tracker view, you can click into the “Status” field to select a new status from the dropdown as shown below. Any roles given the "I Withdrew," "Not Selected," "No Response," or "Archived" status will be automatically moved to the Archived Jobs board and removed from your Active Jobs view.
At this time, when you use the search function in the Job Tracker, it's only searching from the dashboard you're viewing. For example:
If you're in your actively bookmarked jobs, the search will only include active jobs.
If you're in your archived jobs dashboard, the search will only include jobs that have been archived, closed, declined, or marked as rejected.
