Looking to cancel your Teal+ subscription or update your subscription details? You’re in the right place!
Head to Your Account Settings
Click the hyperlink above to be redirected to your Account Settings. To access this page from the Teal website, click your initials in the bottom left-hand corner of the page.
Then, click the "Teal+ Subscription" tab at the top of the page to manage your existing subscription.
Cancelling Your Teal+ Subscription

If you purchased a recurring subscription, you will see a "Cancel Subscription" button.
When you click to cancel your subscription, the cancellation will not take effect until the end of your current billing period.
You'll know you have successfully cancelled your recurring subscription when the "Cancel Subscription" is no longer visible, and you see the expiration date of your subscription instead.
If you have a non-recurring subscription, you will not see the "Cancel Subscription" button. Instead, you will see the date that your subscription is set to end on.
No action is required on your end to cancel a non-recurring subscription. It will automatically expire at the end of the billing cycle, and you will not incur further charges.
Updating Your Teal+ Subscription
From your Teal+ Subscription page, you can also adjust your payment method and subscription type.
To change your payment method, click "Update" next to your card details.
A form will appear for you to input your new billing details.
To switch your subscription plan, click "Update" next to your current plan details.
A menu will appear with various subscription plan options for you to choose from. You'll also see the date when your updated plan will begin!
