Determine My Values & Motivation

Without having a deep understanding of who you are and how others perceive you, you're not going to be able to really figure out what you want to do and where you want to go, which is going to impede your ability to figure out what's next and to go out and get that faster.

Align My Interests

Your interests are the things that you want to do and how you can build your career in a way that is enabling you to do those things you want to be doing. We will use Teal’s approach and frameworks to help bring together the notion of interest and values and what matters to you.

Present My Best Self to Make a Career Pivot

Learn about how to explore your career options by bringing your skills, interests, values, and vision together. Start leveraging Teal’s toolkit to help you narrow down your options and decide what’s next.

Identify My Skills

A lot of times people that are making a career transition or looking for growth don't give themselves credit for the skills they have. Learn how you can identify the skills you have and those that you might not know using Teal’s approach to career skills.

Research My Career Options

Learn how to research different potential career options and think about how you could fit within potential organizations. Identify your ideal fit, function, and industry that will give you a sense of fulfillment and excitement when it comes to a new career path.

Plan My Career Pivot

Learn how to build your plan for managing your career pivot. You can use it for other parts of your career, but really it's focused on putting some structure and rigor around planning a career pivot or a career shift.
